About Cole Silver, Esquire

As a lawyer and certified marketing consultant, I head up The Silver Group, a company specializing in client acquisition and retention strategies for lawyers and professional service providers.

For the past 27+ years, I have practiced law in a variety of settings. In the early part of my career, I was a litigation attorney for a multi-state boutique firm and then started and ran my own firm. I have also served as General Counsel to several high growth companies including one of the most profitable banks in the country, the largest commercial MasterCard issuer in the U.S., an international finance company, the third largest electronic payments company, and Chief Counsel to a Global Fortune 500 company. I have authored three books, am an active arbitrator and mediator, participate in various pro bono activities, and a speaker and business advisor on legal, business development and client retention issues.

Having been on both sides of the attorney-client relationship for almost 30 years, including 18 years as General Counsel, I know first hand what the client wants and how to deliver and address their needs. As a result, I offer a point of view and level of experience that few lawyers or marketing experts can convey.

With a passion for outstanding client service, as well as deep experience in legal and business matters, I can help you build and expand a dynamic client base.  My emphasis is always on executing solution-oriented approaches that invariably deliver tangible bottom-line results.
